Our school's vision of

'Developing Responsible Learners For a Changing Society' is at the forefront of everything we do. Our values of respect, responsibility, tolerance, honesty, trust and diversity ensure we are continually developing our students with a sense of their own place in our community and the responsibility they hold to be a positive and effective member who can make a difference to those around them.

We have an extremely dedicated staff that work together to ensure a safe and encouraging environment for our students in which they can continually strive for excellence in all they do. Our strong focus on 'Restorative Practices' empowers our students to become problem solvers that positively contribute to our school community.

The daily focus on the ‘positives’ encouraging caring and responsible behaviours and habits set the baseline for all our interactions between staff, students and the school community as a whole.

A strong emphasis on Literacy and Numeracy is supported by exemplary classroom and specialist programs. Our high level of Digital Technologies, including our fully operational Film Studio, adds an exciting element to the way Kilberry Valley students discover new skills and excitement at school.

Our culturally diverse school community with representation from over 23 countries and students speaking 49 different languages, ensures a community possessing many skills and experiences that also add to the opportunities that are presented to our students.

We look forward to this 2016 year with great anticipation for a year of positive relationships, students developing their confidence, skills and abilities to become exemplary members of society focused on assisting others and achieving their best at all times.

Have a great day and keep smiling!

Neil Cunningham
